Omelette with mushrooms

Ingredients
3 eggs
50 g mushrooms
15 g butter
some salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in a medium hot frying pan in the butter until gently brown.
Takes about 6 minutes or so.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl and add to the mushrooms.
When the egg mixture has set at the edges, pull it towards the center with a spatula.
When the egg is almost set, it is ready.
Delicious with toasted bread.
